Front brick duplex has two units, up and down, both with two bedrooms, 2 baths each with washer & dryer & full kitchens. Beautiful wood floors throughout and all furniture stays. Private patio for BBQ and picnic tables. Efficiency has a very nice kitchen with upgraded appliances and individual parking. Both of the large units have the original fireplaces, phone niches, French doors between the living and dining rooms and lots of closets! Located on the beautiful esplanade of 25th Street with the Gulf of Mexico at one end and the cruise terminals of the 7th most active homeport in the world. Did not flood in Ike!
