Charter Rates include: o Crew wages o Cooking service and water o Transit log o Harbour expenses for embarkation and disembarkation in Kos, Greece. Charter Rates exclude: o All food and beverages o Fuel o Private marina fees o Fuel for water sports and toys o All expenses, harbour fees, customs entry fees and taxes. o Crew Gratuities o VAT Advanced Provisioning Allowance (A.P.A.)* = 30% of the total charter fee will be added to the total payment to cover all expenses that are not included in the charter cost. A.P.A. covers the initial allowances of the following: Provisioning for guests & crew, fuel for motoring and generator, land arrangements, airport transfers, fuel for water sports etc. All purchases are fully itemized for client review at t. In case A.P.A is not entirely used at the end of the charter, the remaining part is returned to the charter. In case the charter expenses exceeds the A.P.A, guests can be asked to pay the additional part.
