Chef: Stefania Tanagianu, Italian

Stefania is a passionate and valuable Chef, ready to delight guests with her Mediterranean specialties. Stefania has been working in the catering field since 1990 gaining an excellent knowledge of national and international cuisine from appetizers to desserts. Having born by the crystal sea of Sardinia, Stefania found it natural to employee in the Nautical field, working as Chef aboard sailing and motor yachts.Specialized in seafood dishes, Stefania pays particular attention to the choice of ingredients and their origin. Italian mothertongue, she speaks a basic level of French, English and German.

Stewardess: Monica Conti, Italian

Monica is a friendly and passionate Crew member. Native of Sicily, she has the sea in his blood. Monica holds an extensive experience in the maritime field, boasting a strong career as yacht Stewardess of over 10 years.Used to work in team and to face stress situation, Monica is a skiled Crew member and will be also glad to help the Chef during the meals preparation. She holds the Survival and rescue training and the Personal security and social responsibility training. Italian mothertongue, she speaks a good level of English.
