• Chilled Portuguese white gazpacho with crab (cucumber based - contains Marcona almonds)

• Seared Ora king salmon (pending market) With luscious mashed Yukon golds and a warm shaved Brussels salad 

• Citrus Italian merengue cups (in the rind of a tangerine . Torched)

• Charcuterie and cheese spread with a rainbow of accoutrements . Examples:

• Honey

• Crackers

• Olives

• Fruit

• Cornichon

• Fresh baguette 

Dinner

• Spinach Ricotta raviolo (one large one with a runny yolk inside) sage butter 

• Veal Milanese with arugula salad and lemon

• Tiramisu

Lunch 

• Tuna carpaccio with fresh foccacia and salad

• Brûlée peaches (pending season) with whipped cream

Dinner

• Mushroom soup (cold or warm pending weather)

• Seafood risotto 

• Blueberry cheesecake (can be make vegan)
