TERMS • A crew gratuity is customary however is given at the charterer's discretion. • Satellite TV where geographically available. • Wi-Fi cannot be guaranteed in all cruising areas. • Use of any personal water craft is at the operator's sole risk and is only permitted subject to the operator having the applicable license and meeting local regulations. • For corporate charters, the Charterer is responsible for all additional expenses such as deck protection, tents if any, berthing fees, outside catering if any, additional staff if any. • Additional information (not for insertion in the contract): • Night navigation is acceptable however remains at the Captain's discretion. • Standard Turnaround: 72 hours (during the season, the Captain will accept a 24-hour turnaround but only once)
