PRICE LIST 2023 - GULET STELLA MARIS Embarkation time: 17:00 h / Disembarkation time: 9:00 h Turnovers: Sundays Guests: 16 in Croatia, 12 outside Crew: 6 / Cabins: 8 Prices in Euro per week Current Croatian VAT rate for yacht charters: 13% (excluded) CHARTER FEE, season 2023 A) HIGH SEASON (June 25 - August 27...................................................45.000,00 € B) LOW SEASON (Till June 25 / From August 27)....................................40.000,00 € Charter fee Includes: Accommodation for maximum 16 guests in 8 cabins, crew of 6 and their expenses, insurance of the yacht, use of recreational equipment, tourist taxes, Wi-Fi. EXTRA – APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of charter fee To cover following costs, but not limited to: fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel for tender and water sports equipment; fuel for Personal Watercraft*; food and beverages for the Charter Party; port fees; national park and parks of nature entrances; shipping agents’ fees; custom fees and charter licenses if cruising in Montenegro or Italy and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter such as but not limited to hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer's request; shoreside transport; excursions and adverse activities (scuba diving, big game fishing, rafting…). WATER TOYS ON BOARD - Waverunner - Sea-Doo Spark 90hp, 2018 - Sea-Doo Dolphin x 2 - Water ski, Kneeboard, Wakeboard - Kayak (single-seater) x 2 - Fishing ropes, Snorkeling equipment Other recreational equipment: elliptical trainer, stationary bike Booking terms: Option is placed on explicit e-mail request and is active until the agreed date. Booking needs to be confirmed while the option is active. The option expires after the agreed date without special warning. Please take care of your option expiration. Booking is confirmed when the agreement is signed by both parties and the deposit paid. Payment conditions: Deposit: 50 % of the charter fee – immediately, as confirmation of booking. Balance: 50 % of charter fee + other costs - not later than 6 weeks before charter commencement Mean of payment: wire transfer to the account of Booking Agent. * To drive a Personal Watercraft in Croatia one needs to have a boat driving permit with him/her when on the Personal Watercraft. It is forbidden to allow a person to drive a Personal Watercraft if one does not have a license with him/her. If the person does not have this, it is possible to obtain one while in Croatia. Contact us for more details on the Croatian license for Personal Watercraft, but we strongly suggest obtaining one in your country.
