Erasmia is an experienced a professional chef. She worked in numerous restaurants and 5-stars hotels establishments in Greece, where she gained extensive experience in kitchen management, running the pass, staff training, stock control and product development. She is excited to take her career to the next level with a charter season on board M/Y ULISSE. Her main priority and aim are to make the guests feel relaxed and to have a great time. She specializes in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine and she cooks with fresh ingredients. Erasmia is a positive person, excellent at communicating with people and will warmly welcome.
